Ron Bauleke attended the Minneapolis Drafting School to become a Structural Drafter. Once graduated he obtained an Architectural Drafting position with the firm I&S Engineers and Architects. Ron then moved on to a Structural Drafting position with a different Minnesota firm Rocky and Cheever Architects. After his time there, Ron was employed by the Minneapolis Drafting School (now Herzing University) as the Placement Director; which he served for 18 years. Ron then founded Minneapolis Drafting Services, Inc. in 2000; which is partnered up with his other company MDS Staffing. During the past 25 years Ron has continued to provide residential drafting and designing services for both remodels and new construction.

Mitch Dressel always had the desire to become an Architect. He attended North Dakota State University where he graduated with a Masters in Architecture. Mitch interned at ATS&R an Architecture and Engineering firm in Minneapolis during a couple of the summers off from school. Once graduated Mitch had an internship with WOLD Architects and Engineers in St. Paul. After his contract expired, Mitch joined Minneapolis Drafting Services, Inc. and has been working here since 2010. Mitch works with the most current version of AutoCAD to create the construction documents for the different variety of projects that come in.
